1. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you ("Personal Information"). Under CPRA, we are required to disclose the specific categories we collect:

Identifiers

Name, email address, IP address, and (if using Google sign-in) your Google account identifier.

Commercial Information

Subscription records and payment history. Payment card details are processed securely via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers.

Internet or Electronic Network Activity

Browsing history on Pulsse, search queries within our brand directory, interaction with our "Authority Meter," session duration, and device/browser information.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA (e.g., Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health data, or biometric data).

2. Sources of Data — The Pulsse Methodology

Pulsse is a data aggregation and modeling platform. We collect data from two distinct sources:

From You

Information you provide when creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or contacting support (name, email, payment details).

From Public Sources

Our brand metrics and revenue estimates are derived from publicly available information, including website traffic data, social media metrics, and regulatory filings. We use proprietary algorithms to model this data into the estimates provided on the Service. Under CPRA, "publicly available information" is not considered personal information.

We do not obtain brand data by accessing private systems, intercepting communications, or using non-public trade secrets.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data specifically to:

  • Provide and maintain the Pulsse brand directory and "Authority Meter"
  • Process your subscription payments via Stripe
  • Detect and prevent unauthorized scraping, bot activity, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • Monitor site performance and user engagement to improve the Service
  • Send administrative communications, security alerts, and (with your consent) marketing emails
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful legal requests

4. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA 2026)

California residents have specific rights regarding their personal data. These rights apply to information collected since January 1, 2022.

1

Right to Know / Access

You can request a report of the personal data we have collected about you since January 1, 2022, including the categories of data, the sources it came from, and how it has been used or shared.

2

Right to Delete

You may request that we delete your personal information. Exceptions apply for active subscriptions, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and other legally permitted purposes.

3

Right to Correct

You may request that we fix inaccurate personal information in your account.

4

Opt-Out of "Sharing"

Windsor Blvd Ventures LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, we may "share" identifiers with service providers (like Google Analytics) to improve our Service. You may opt-out of this sharing by clicking the link in our footer, or by emailing privacy@pulsse.com.

5

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you different prices, or provide a reduced level of service because you exercised any of these rights.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@pulsse.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request". We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law, with a possible 45-day extension with prior notice. There is no fee for submitting a verifiable consumer request.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our website is configured to detect and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as a valid request to opt-out of the "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising, as required by the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) 2026 enforcement guidelines.

When a GPC signal is detected, we:

  • Disable optional analytics and targeted advertising cookies for your session
  • Display a visible "Opt-Out Request Honored" confirmation at the top of the page
  • Store your opt-out preference locally so it persists across sessions on this browser

GPC is a browser-level signal supported by Firefox, Brave, and browser extensions such as Privacy Badger. You do not need to take any additional action if your browser already sends a GPC signal. You can also opt-out manually at any time via in our footer.

6. Third-Party Sub-Processors

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We will notify you promptly of any data breach affecting your personal information as required by California law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have done so, contact privacy@pulsse.com immediately and we will delete it promptly.
